Returns Policy

 

 

Change of mind returns

 

We want you to be happy with the goods that you purchase from the Bosch Auto Shop. If you change your mind, we will accept your returned goods for a full refund (excluding postage and handling) to your credit card. Goods must be returned fully sealed, unused, and in undamaged original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. The condition of all returned goods will be assessed prior to any refund being processed.

 

 

Please login and click on Return Goods within My Account to begin your return, or contact our customer service team if you have any difficulty or are an un-registered user.


PLEASE NOTE: WITHOUT AN OFFICIAL RETURNS FORM, YOUR RETURNED GOODS CANNOT BE IDENTIFIED BY OUR WAREHOUSE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.


Your returned goods will always be processed as a priority; however, please allow ten business days for change of mind returns to be completed by our warehouse. As soon as your return is received and processed by our team, please allow up to ten business days for the money to be returned to your account.


You are responsible for any postage and handling fees for change of mind returns. Please note that original postage cost will not be refunded.

 

 

Other returns

 

For returns other than change of mind returns, you may have rights under our voluntary repair or replacement warranty. This voluntary repair or replacement warranty is in addition to any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
